  • WHAT IS HOT PILATES?

    Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed in a heated room. It combines the benefits of Pilates with the added challenge of heat to improve flexibility, enhance blood circulation and boost cardiovascular health.

    Classes include mat usage and are suitable for all fitness levels. If you're recovering from an injury, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending class. Our instructors can modify exercises to suit your needs, but it's always best to ensure you're cleared for physical activity first.

  • HOW HOT IS THE ROOM?

    Room temperature varies depending on the type of class and typically ranges between 35°C to 40°C. For exact details, please refer to the class descriptions.

    Our studio is equipped with a professional ventilation system to ensure proper air circulation throughout each session.

    It's completely normal to sweat during class. However, if you begin to feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point, we recommend taking a break within the room. This allows your instructor to check in and offer assistance if needed.

  • IS IT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

    Absolutely! Hot Pilates is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. If you're new to Pilates or the heat, we recommend starting with an introductory class to ease into the practice. Our instructors will guide you through each move, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable while challenging yourself.

  • ARE YOU ON MYCLUBS OR CLASSPASS?

    Unfortunately no, we’re not going to be on MyClubs or ClassPass. We’ve chosen to keep our experience exclusive to a small community for the time being. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality, avoid overcrowding our ammenities, and build genuine connections with each member.

  • DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT?

    No need to bring your own mat. We provide premium studio mats for every class. Mats are laid out for you before class starts, so all you need to do is arrive, choose your spot, and get ready to move. This ensures a clean and comfortable experience for all our students, and it saves you the hassle of bringing extra gear. All mats are disinfected after class and deep cleaned at the end of each day.

  • WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?

    All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. No shoes required. We provide mats for all classes. Using a large towel to cover mats is mandatory. Should you like an extra towel these can be rented for €2,50 at the studio. Make sure to hydrate before and after class to replenish any lost fluids.

  • WHAT SIZE ARE THE CLASSES?

    To ensure safety, space, and hygiene, we keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of 16-18 participants depending on class type.

    Premium studio mats are included in every booking and are laid out for you prior to class. When you arrive, simply choose your favorite spot and get ready to practice with enough space to allow for optimal movement.

    This setup helps us maintain personal space, prevent overcrowding, and create a more focused and comfortable experience for everyone.

  • DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

    We offer small but well-equipped shower areas and changing rooms. Here's an overview of our facilities:

    Women’s only changing room and communal shower: This area includes women-only changing room and a communal shower space with space for four exclusively for women.

    Gender neutral changing room: A separate unisex changing room is available, featuring two private shower cubicles to change and shower in for added convenience.

    We provide shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers for your convenience. Shower towels are available for rent. Please note that space is limited, so we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in keeping showers quick to ensure that all members of our community have the opportunity to enjoy these amenities.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?

    For optimal results, we recommend attending 3-4 times a week. Consistency is key in building strength and endurance. With our diverse class formats—from slower burn sessions that focus on toning and deep muscle engagement to high-intensity HIIT classes—you can take as many classes as you like, making it easy to fit Pilates into your routine. Always listen to your body—rest days are just as important for progress.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

    Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable but we ask that you practice consideration: bring a clean towel for shared surfaces, avoid overly loose or tight clothing, and be mindful of the community around you.

    For men, athletic shorts are great — but please note, swimwear, boxers, and speedos are not permitted. For women, leggings or shorts paired with a sports bra are all great and sweat-wicking fabric is ideal. The key is to keep it light and breathable for a full-body workout in the heat.

    Our studio is shoe-free to ensure the cleanest, most hygienic space for all participants. Please leave your shoes in the designated area at the entrance.

    While all classes are barefoot, you may wear Pilates grip socks if you prefer.

  • CAN I JOIN IF IM PREGNANT?

    If you’re pregnant, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness regimen. Hot Pilates can be a great and effective workout, but depending on your pregnancy stage, modifications may be needed.

    Please let your instructor know about your pregnancy, and we’ll make sure to provide the proper modifications for your safety and comfort.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

    We understand that life can get busy! To ensure we can offer your spot to another participant, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this period. We value our community and ask that you be mindful of others by canceling in advance. By respecting the policy, you’re helping to maintain the positive, dedicated energy that makes our community so special. You can easily cancel through Eversports.
