FAQ
What is Lagree, and what's the Megaformer?
Lagree is a slow, high-intensity strength method performed on the Megaformer, a spring-loaded machine that builds strength and endurance with almost no impact on your joints. Controlled, relentless, full-body, the perfect counterpart to Hot Pilates.
When does the new room open?
September. We'll confirm the exact date and open booking well in advance, so you can plan your first classes.
Why join now?
Joining now locks in your bonus credits, up to half a month of free credits, plus your place in the Alchemy room from the day it opens. Both are presale-only, and the presale closes on 26 September.
What if I only want one room?
That's fine, your credits work in either room, in any mix. Spend them all on Hot Pilates, all on Lagree, or split them however you like, so you're never paying for a room you won't use.
What do I pay today?
Less than a full month if you join partway through one. Eversports shows you the exact amount before you confirm, and your full monthly price starts on the 1st.
When does billing start?
Your first payment covers the rest of the month you join. Full monthly billing then begins on the 1st and runs once a month from there.
How do credits work across the two rooms?
One membership covers both rooms. A Hot Pilates class is 2 credits and a Lagree class is 3 credits. Unused credits roll over to the next month and don't expire as long as your membership is active.
How long do my bonus credits last?
Your presale bonus credits stay valid for your entire first year.
Can I change my credit level later?
Yes. You can move up a tier whenever you want, the extra credits take effect from the next month. To move down, you switch at your renewal. So start at the level that feels right, not the biggest, and size up as your practice grows.
What's the contract?
Alchemy Commit runs for a full 12 months and auto-renews for another year by default. To stop the renewal, cancel at least one month before your term ends.
What if the opening is delayed?
Your membership works from day one in the 37° room, and unused credits roll over month to month rather than expiring. So if the Alchemy room opens later than planned, nothing is lost, your credits are simply waiting for it.
